We are looking for a reliable self-starter to join our award winning media team in London.

We aim to build on our current success and would like someone to maximise the effectiveness and transparency of the media team by making sure that all coverage is logged, monitored and communicated. The ideal candidate will be IT literate, preferably with some experience of Excel and/or data entry systems and will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.

The post is initially offered on a one-year contract, subject to review.

Administrator (Part time 15hrs)


Job purpose:

To maximise the effectiveness and transparency of the media team by making sure that all coverage is logged, monitored and communicated.


Reporting to:

Campaigns & Media Analyst


Reward band:

XB: £12,906 - £16,704 plus £3,182 LW (pro rata)


Key activities:

  • To collate, catalogue and distribute all media coverage
  • To ensure that specified coverage data is logged and made accessible to the media team
  • To work with the campaigns and media analyst and head of media to support business reporting
  • To measure coverage gained in key business areas as requested
  • To support the team production of bespoke evaluation reports
  • To support the early morning news response service as required.

Attainments:

 In order to be considered for this post you will have to demonstrate that you already have:

  • GCSE or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of online systems, Excel would be particularly useful
  • Data processing experience
