Our Strategy and Planning Unit, located within the Chief Executive's Office, integrates strategic planning with business planning, promoting our 'one business, one voice' approach. This key area is responsible for analysing and bringing together the combined knowledge and expertise in Policy and Research, Restricted Funding Management, Knowledge Management and Information Reporting.
The unit is uniquely placed to fully understand, communicate and drive the organisation on all aspects of The Children's Society's activities, strengthening our policy making and informing our business planning, equipping us to meet all future challenges.
