Each job description gives the salary scale relevant to the post advertised. Progression up the scale is subject to performance assessment. Salaries are paid monthly in arrears through the bank.
Staff will be offered access to a stakeholder pension scheme to which we will contribute £2 for every £1 from an employee up to a maximum of 10% of salary. The scheme will be contracted in to the Second State Pension.
Staff may apply for an interest free loan to cover the cost of an annual or quarterly season ticket to travel to and from work.
