These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Play My Part website and services. By placing an order or becoming a member, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

We provide branded gin bottles and related products, as well as membership programmes for fundraising and gifting purposes.

2. Age Restriction

You must be 18 or over to purchase alcoholic beverages from us. We operate a Challenge 25 policy in line with Scottish licensing law, meaning if you look under 25, you must present valid photo ID proving you are 18+.

3. Minimum Unit Pricing

We comply with Scotland’s Minimum Unit Pricing laws for alcohol.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are stated in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

6. Memberships

Memberships are provided free of charge and may be cancelled at any time in accordance with our Membership Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, images, and product designs are our property or used under licence. You may not use them without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of your order or membership.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
